To add a POP3 MSN e-mail account to Microsoft Entourage

1. Start Microsoft Entourage.

2. Click Tools, and then click Accounts.

3. In the Accounts window, click the News tab, and then click New.

4. Select Hotmail as the Account Type, and then click OK.

5. On the Edit Account window, configure the account using the following
  settings:
  1. Account name: Type a user-friendly name to describe the account.
     Example: MSN News

  2. E-mail account: Type the name of e-mail account you want to have
     associated with messages posted to the news server. This is the account
     name that will appear to others who read your postings.
     Example: John Doe

  3. Organization: Type an organization. This is an optional field.
     Example: Microsoft Corporation

  4. News Server: Type netnews.msn.com
     Select the This server requires me to log on check box.

  5. Account ID: Type your MSN member ID.

  6. Save password: Type your password in this field, and then select the check
     box if you do not want to be prompted each time you check your e-mail.

6. Click OK to close the Edit Account window.
