SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to enter Microsoft Asheron's Call, you receive an error message
similar to the following:

  The character may be out of date or no longer usable.

CAUSE
=====

This error message normally occurs because of a server error.

RESOLUTION
==========

To continue playing Asheron's Call, abandon that character and create or use
another one.

Although there is no way to get the character back, if you submit a bug report on
this issue, you can help the Asheron's Call team to prevent this problem from
happening in the future. To submit a bug report, please see the following Web
site: http://bugs.zone.com Please include the following character information:

- Name

- World

- Level

- Type

- Area in the world

- Last actions taken with the character
