SYMPTOMS
========

When you request a certificate in Internet Information Services (IIS), the
entries for Greenland (GL) is missing under Country/Region.

NOTE: This option is available in IIS 4.0.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this behavior, use one of the following methods:

Method 1
--------

Install Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 and Microsoft IIS 4.0, request the certificate,
and then upgrade to Windows 2000.

Method 2
--------

Request a certificate on a Windows NT 4.0-based computer that is running IIS 4.0,
and then import it into the Windows 2000-based computer.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that
