SYMPTOMS
========

When you press the ACCENT key (`) to gain access to the Air Traffic Controller
(ATC) feature while you play Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002, the Air Traffic
Controller window may not displayed as expected.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if you play Flight Simulator 2002 in multiplayer mode.
The ATC feature is available only in a single-player Flight Simulator game.

For additional information about the ATC feature in Flight Simulator 2002, refer
to the Air Traffic Control Handbook. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Start Flight Simulator 2002.

2. In the left pane, click LIBRARY/HELP.

3. Under Handbooks, click "Air Traffic Control Handbook", and then click Open
  Handbook.

  NOTE: To view the Air Traffic Control Handbook, Adobe Acrobat Reader must be
  installed on your computer.
