SYMPTOMS

HTTP compression may not work if the file name extension of the request contains
uppercase characters.
WORKAROUND
==========
Follow the steps in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article and add all
possible combinations of the file name extension with both lowercase and
uppercase letters (for example, asp, asP, aSp, aSP, Asp, AsP, ASp, ASP):
