SYMPTOMS
========

If you use Windows 95 Gold Edition or Windows 95 SR2, when you upgrade from MSN
2.6 to 5.6 you may need to use your Windows 95 installation diskettes and
upgrade to Dial-up Networking Version 1.3.

CAUSE
=====

This is a known issue.

RESOLUTION
==========

Upgrade your Dial-up Networking Version 1.3.
