SYMPTOMS
========

For security reasons, you may want to reduce the amount of cached logon
information that a computer stores. If you do this by using the information in
the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article, cached logon information may no
longer work:

CAUSE
=====

When you reduce the number of cache entries, the existing entries are written
with an incorrect size for the cache entry.

RESOLUTION
==========

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to
correct the problem described in this article and should be applied only to
systems experiencing this specific problem.

To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the
