SYMPTOMS
========
When you attempt to start Microsoft Train Simulator, the Mprofile utility
starts, and then the game may quit unexpectedly.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior can occur if one or both of the following conditions are true:
- Mprofile.exe fails to start Train.exe.
- Your video adapter driver needs to be updated.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. On the desktop, right-click Train Simulator, and then click Properties.
NOTE: Because there are several versions of Windows, the following steps may be
different on your computer. If they are, please consult your product
documentation to complete these steps.
2. On the Shortcut tab in the Target box, type the path and file name for
Train.exe. For example, type the following:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\Train.exe
3. Click OK, and then double-click Train Simulator.
If this issue continues to occur, proceed to the next method.
Update Your Video Driver
