SYMPTOMS
========

The Minimize, Maximize, and Close buttons on the Microsoft Reader title bar may
be displayed on the left side of the window, instead of in their expected
position in the top right corner of the window. Or, the Minimize, Maximize, and
Close buttons are missing.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if you do the following steps in the following order:

1. With Microsoft Reader in full screen mode, you minimize Microsoft Reader to
  the taskbar.

2. You change your screen resolution from 1024 x 768 to 640 x 480. In this case,
  the three buttons are missing from the window.

  -or-

  You change your screen resolution from 640 x 480 to 1024 x 768. In this case,
  the three buttons are displayed on the left side of the window.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this issue, follow these steps:

1. Press F11 so that Microsoft Reader is no longer in full screen mode.

2. Quit Microsoft Reader, and then restart Microsoft Reader.

To prevent this issue from occurring, do not change screen resolution while
Microsoft Reader is in full screen mode.
