SYMPTOMS
========

You can use the Routemon.exe utility to set the priority of an interface to any
other value with the exception of 0 (zero). If you attempt to use 0 as the
value, you receive the following error message:

  Incorrect value specified for option.

CAUSE
=====

This problem can occur because of a logic error in the Ipmon.dll file.

RESOLUTION
==========

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to
correct the problem described in this article and should be applied only to
systems experiencing this specific problem.
