SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to play Microsoft Close Combat III: The Russian Front, you may
receive an error message similar to the following:

  Unable to get format on stream.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur when you computer is unable to show the introduction
video.

RESOLUTION
==========

To turn off the introduction video, follow these steps:

1. At the desktop, press and hold down the CTRL key, and then double-click the
  Close Combat icon.

2. On the General tab, click to clear the Enable Videos check box, and then
  click OK.
