SYMPTOMS
========

When installing Microsoft Reader version 1.5, you may see a message asking you
to uninstall an earlier version of Microsoft Reader.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if Microsoft Reader did not uninstall successfully or
corruption occurred during uninstallation.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, download the following fix. After you download the
file, double-click it. This program removes a registry key that causes this
problem. After the registry key is removed, you can reinstall Microsoft Reader.
