SYMPTOMS
========
You start MSN Explorer, and then click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the
sign-in screen. In the box that appears, you type the requested information. An
error message may appear reading "The service is temporarily unable to process
your request. Please try again later."
CAUSE
=====
This is a known issue.
RESOLUTION
==========
This error can be caused by an invalid value in the "Country/Region" box. Make
sure the information "Country/Region" box is correct for your account, and then
try to reset your password again.
