SYMPTOMS
========

When signing in to MSN Explorer, you may get a message telling you that you must
restart your computer. You have the option to "Tell MSN" or "Don't Tell MSN".

CAUSE
=====

This is a known issue.

RESOLUTION
==========

Shut down MSN Explorer, restart your computer, and then re-start MSN Explorer.
Note: If you click "Tell MSN" and cannot shut down MSN Explorer as a result,
then choose option "Don't Tell MSN".
