SYMPTOMS

The "my billing information" page and the "change my billing information" page
do not display the top banner or the buttons at the bottom of the screen.

CAUSE

This is a known issue that the product team is working to resolve.

RESOLUTION

Access "my billing information" page and the "change my billing information"
page though the settings link.
