SYMPTOMS
========

You have an account that becomes locked. You then attempt to create a new
account and want to associate previously associated accounts to the new account.
The associated accounts fail to respond.

CAUSE
=====

You cannot "disassociate" accounts that were previously associated with a locked
account.

RESOLUTION
==========

Contact Customer Service to have the accounts disassociated.
