You would like to prevent another Internet user from sending mail to them.

To block a sender

1. Open a message from the sender whom you want to block.

2. At the bottom right hand corner of the screen select "block sender".

3. The Helper will advise that the sender has been blocked. The Helper will also
  offer information on how to unblock the sender.

To unblock a sender

1. From the "inbox", select the "mail settings" option.

2. On the "mail settings" page, click "block sender".

3. On the new page select the user id(so) that you want to unblock.

4. At the bottom left hand corner of the screen, click "remove".
