- dialing: Replaces the code word "fixit" and takes the user to the new
(1-page) dialing settings page.

If these are successful, record SUCCESS bit, and send Welcome Message.
If these are not successful, retry at the next Nightly Management, and next
Log in.
- setup: Allows the user to go through the Setup (OOBE) process without

- erase: Restores the factory settings on the device and removes the user
information. Replaces the "murmur" command.
- failsafe: Allows the user to execute a failsafe without having to use CTRL-U.
