Training

This CD is included with Office XP Pro Retail version.

Please have the customer review the following checklist when an installation
error occurs. This list will be updated as more information becomes available.
1. Make sure the computer meets the Minimum Requirements before installing the
training software. The minimum requirements can be found in the README document
on the CD.
2. If an Intellipoint mouse was included with the training software and is
installed on the computer, make sure the updated mouse driver Intellipoint 3.2
is installed and the computer rebooted.
3. Make sure Macromedia Flash 4.0 or higher is installed on the computer. This is
part of the minimum configuration, but the Macromedia Flash software can be
found at www.Macromedia.com.
4. When users are installing on Windows 2000 or NT 4.0, make sure the user has
Local Administrator rights to install software.
5. Anti-virus software can restrict the training software installation. In some
cases, the anti-virus software will need to be disabled during installation.
