SYMPTOMS
========

On the Keyboard tab of the Options dialog box, when you select an action item,
and then click Cancel, you may not be able to select your original action item
again.

MORE INFORMATION

To resolve this issue, click another action item, and then click the original
item again. You can also click Restore Defaults, but this resets all other key
assignments.
