SUMMARY
=======

If you are using NOW.EXE or SOON.EXE from one of the Resource Kits listed above,
the wrong time may be reported after the Daylight Saving time change has
occured. This problem only occurs when the Daylight Savings Time change falls on
April first.

Microsoft has created new versions of NOW.EXE and SOON.EXE that will correct the
problem. The updated versions of these utilities are available for download from
the following Microsoft FTP site:

  ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/reskit/win2000/

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with the utilities in the Resource
Kits that are listed at the beginning of this article. For further information
on using these utilities, please refer to the Resource Kit documentation.
