SYMPTOMS
========
When attempting to play a multiplayer game by using TCP/IP or Gaming Zone with
one of the programs listed at the beginning of this article, you may see a blue
screen containing a message similar to the following:
OE: Page fault occurred at 028:DCDC2FF5 in VXD Win95ac.
The memory address may vary.
CAUSE
=====
This behavior may occur if either of the following is true:
- The system modem is using outdated drivers.
-or-
- The system modem is damaged.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, download and install updated drivers for your modem.
