MSN Explorer user is not using the latest version.

To update a user to the latest version of MSN Explorer:

1. Log on to MSN Explorer.

2. In the upper right corner, click More Choices.

3. Click About MSN Explorer.

4. In the dialog box, click More Info.

5. Scroll to the top of the web page that appears. Click the Update MSN Explorer
  Now link that is located just above Update History.

6. Click the Update Now button.

MSN Explorer will now download the newest update information. Once the download
is complete, Explorer will shut down and then restart. You are now running the
latest version of MSN Explorer.
