SYMPTOMS
========

When you configure a newsgroup through IIS on a computer that has Network News
Transport Protocol (NNTP) installed from Microsoft Exchange, the changes may not
take effect until you stop and then restart the NNTP Service.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For
additional information, click the following article number to view the article
