SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to join or host a Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 2 game on
Zone.com, you may receive the following error message:

  Problem getting DP2 interface.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if you are running firewall, network address translation
(NAT), proxy, or other Internet router software on your computer or your local
area network (LAN).

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, use the following methods in the order in which they are
presented.

Disable Firewall Software
-------------------------

Refer to your firewall software documentation to disable the firewall.

If you are not able to disable your firewall software, contact the manufacturer
of your firewall software.

Configure the Proxy Server or Firewall
