SYMPTOMS
========
When you view the properties of a document (.doc) file, the .doc file title may
be "Ethan Frome," and the author may be EW/LN/CB. Also, a file that is named
Ethan.___ may exist in the root folder of drive C. Note that the file extension
of the Ethan.___ file consists of 3 underscore characters (___).
CAUSE
=====
This issue can occur if your computer is infected with the W97/Ethan.A macro
virus.
RESOLUTION
==========
Microsoft does not provide software that can detect or remove computer viruses.
If you suspect or confirm that your computer is infected with a virus, obtain
