SYMPTOMS
========

Customer wants to use MSN Companion to play games such as Minesweeper or
Solitaire.

CAUSE
=====

The MSN Companion does not have the basic Windows games stored locally on the
device.

RESOLUTION
==========

- Instruct customers who wish to play games with MSN Companion to do one or
  more of the following.

- To look for online games at MSN's game site, Zone.com (http://zone.com).

1. From the Start page, look in the explore the web section, and then click the
  more... link at the bottom of the page.

2. In the Entertainment section, click the Free Games link.
  Zone.com lets you play dozens of online games, by yourself, or with people all
  around the world.

- To search for a online gaming site

- In the search the web box, type online games, and then click go.

- To search for a particular game

- In the search the web box, type the name of a game (for example Solitaire,
  and then click go).
