SYMPTOMS
========
The Winmgt32.dll file may complete the same asynchronous
ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE_SESSION verb three times. This problem occurs if the verb
completes before the calling thread has exited Winmgt32.dll.
RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for SNA Server 4.0. For

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft SNA Server version 4.0
Service Pack 3 (SP3) and Host Integration Server (HIS) 2000.
This problem was first corrected in SNA Server 4.0 Service Pack 4.
