SYMPTOMS
========

An LU3 print job may have blank or missing pages when it is printed with the
host print service that is included with SNA Server version 4.0 Service Pack 3
(SP3).

The same LU3 print job may cause an Access Violation (AV) in the Snaprint.exe
file that is similar to the following when Host Integration Server (HIS) 2000 is
used:

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for SNA Server 4.0. For
additional information, please see the following article in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base:

The English version of this fix should have the following file attributes or
later for Host Integration Server 2000:

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Host Integration
Server 2000 and Microsoft SNA Server, version 4.0 SP3.

This problem was first corrected in SNA Server 4.0 Service Pack 4.
