SYMPTOMS
========

When you play Microsoft Classic Board Games, the background music may not be
played, even if the background music is turned on.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:

- You selected the Minimum installation option when you installed the game.

- The Classic Board Games CD-ROM is not inserted in the CD-ROM drive.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, insert the Classic Board Games CD-ROM into the CD-ROM
drive.
