At other times, SNA Manager may not cause a Dr. Watson error, but may appear to
stop responding (hang), or the SNA services may appear to go offline and then
recover (in the SNA Manager view--the services do not actually shut down).
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for SNA Server 4.0. For

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft SNA Server version
4.0.
