SYMPTOMS
========

When the host of a Microsoft SideWinder Game Voice session attempts to start a
multiplayer game of Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 2, the game may not start.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if Combat Flight Simulator 2 is running on one of the
computers that is connected to the SideWinder Game Voice session.

RESOLUTION
==========

To prevent this issue from occurring, all users that are connected to the
SideWinder Game Voice session must quit Combat Flight Simulator 2 before the
host starts a multiplayer game.
