SYMPTOMS
========
On launch of MSN Explorer the homepage and e-mail are blank.
CAUSE
=====
In the Windows Accessibility Options, the High Contrast color setting defaults
to a black background with black text for the homepage and white background with
white text for the e-mail window.
RESOLUTION
==========
Adjust the default colors for text to a neutral or gray color. To do so:
1. Click Start, select Settings, and then click Control Panel
2. Click Accessibility Options, and under the Display tab clear the Use High
Contrast checkbox.
3. Click Apply and then click OK.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in High Contrast Accessibility
Settings.
