If your phone has Call Waiting, you can choose whether to have the call
disconnect your Web session.

To turn off Call Waiting so your calls will not interrupt your online sessions

1. Click settings on the start page and then click call waiting.

2. Select the don't allow incoming calls to interrupt me while I'm online
  checkbox, select *70 (used mostly for touch tone phones) or select other code
  and type your cancel-call-waiting code, and then click done.

To turn on Call Waiting so your calls will interrupt your online sessions

1. Click settings on the start page and then click call waiting.

2. Clear the don't allow incoming calls to interrupt me while I'm online
  checkbox, click done, and then disconnect MSN companion from the Internet.

Note: If you do not have Call Waiting from the phone company and select call
waiting settings on MSN Companion, you will not be able to connect to the
Internet. After MSN Companion fails to connect, you will be given a dialup
troubleshooting page. Click I heard an operator's message and then click I do
not have Call Waiting.
