Step by step instructions on how to add, change, and delete contact records in
MSN Companion address book.

To add a contact

1. Click mail on the toolbar, click open address book, and then click add a new
  person.

2. Type the name and e-mail address in the corresponding input boxes, select
  whether or not to add the contact to instant messaging*, and then click add.

To change contact information

1. Click mail on the toolbar, click open address book, and then click change for
  the contact you want to change.

2. Type the changed name or e-mail address in the corresponding input boxes,
  select whether or not to add the contact to instant messaging*, and then
  click save.

To delete a contact click mail on the toolbar, click open address book, and then
click delete for the contact you want to delete.

* If you select set this person up for instant messaging and click save, you are
given a choice of whether or not to send and invitation to instant messaging and
an opportunity to preview the invitation. Click send invitation to invite your
contact to join MSN Messenger Service.
