SYMPTOMS
========

When you use a four-way cursor control on a Pocket PC device to scroll the map
in Microsoft Pocket Streets 2001, the map may not scroll.

This behavior has been reported with the following Pocket PC devices:

- Casio Cassiopeia E-115

- Compaq Ipaq


RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this issue, follow these steps:

1. Start Pocket Streets 2001.

2. Tap Tools, tap Map, and then tap Map Styles.

3. Tap OK to return to the map.

You should now be able to use the four-way cursor control on the Pocket PC device
to scroll the map.

If the issue continues to occur, activate the Pan Arrows. To do this:

1. Start Pocket Streets 2001.

2. Tap Tools, tap Map, and then tap Pan Arrows.

You can now use the stylus to pan across the map.
