SYMPTOMS
========
When you execute a CGI application in Microsoft Internet Information Server
(IIS) 4.0, the HTTP data returned by the CGI application may get corrupted. An
Access Violation error message may occur in the WWW Service or in the W3Svc.dll.
This can occur when the CGI application adds additional HTTP headers to return
to the client.
RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0. For
