SYMPTOMS
========

When you view a Dynamic Map and you click the Back button, you may receive the
following error message:

  Encarta Interactive World Atlas is unable to continue running. The problem
  may be the result of low system resources such as memory or disk space. Try
  closing other running applications or freeing up disk space before restarting
  Encarta Interactive World Atlas.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

   - To open the Dynamic Map you clicked the "Dynamic Map" link from within an
  article.

- You are running Microsoft Windows NT 4.0.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this issue, click the Map button in the left column.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Encarta Interactive World Atlas
2001.
