SYMPTOMS
========

When you click the Suite Menu in Microsoft Encarta Africana, some of the
commands are unavailable.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this issue, use one of the following methods:

- Use the Start menu to start the program that you want.

- Use the Integrated Find feature to find the article that you are looking for,
  and then start the program.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Encarta Reference
Suite 2001 DVD-ROM version.
