SUMMARY
=======

Although you cannot remove names from the Microsoft My Personal Tutor sign-in

names manually, without damaging the program files.

MORE INFORMATION
================

To manually remove names from the My Personal Tutor sign-in list, use the
following methods in the order in which they are presented.

NOTE: Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following
steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product
documentation to complete these steps.

Configure the Computer to View All Files
----------------------------------------

1. Double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.

2. On the View menu, click Folder Options.

3. Click the View tab.

4. Under Hidden Files, click "Show all files".

5. Click to clear the "Hide file extensions for known file types" check box.

6. Click Apply, and then click OK.

Rename the My Personal Tutor Name Files
---------------------------------------

1. Click Start, point to Find, and then click "Files or Folders".

2. In the Named box, type "*.kdb" (without the quotation marks).

3. In the "Look in" box, click My Computer.

4. Click to select the "Include subfolders" check box.

5. Click Find Now.

  Each found file is named <filename>.kdb, where <filename> is a
  name in the My Personal Tutor sign-in list.

6. In the list of found files, right-click the first name that you want to
  remove from the sign-in list, and then click Rename.

7. Press END, and then press BACKSPACE three times.

8. Type "old" (without the quotation marks), and then press ENTER.

9. Repeat steps 6 through 8 for each name that you want to remove from the
