SYMPTOMS
========

When you disconnect from the Internet while you are playing a multiplayer game
of Microsoft Age of Empires II Expansion: The Conquerors, the game may stop
responding (hang).

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if you attempt to rejoin the game before you click
Reconnect or Cancel.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, follow these steps after you disconnect from the
Internet:

1. Click Cancel in the Disconnect dialog box.

2. Click the Age of Empires II Expansion: The Conquerors icon located on the
  Windows taskbar.

3. Save the current game, and then quit Age of Empires II Expansion: The
  Conquerors.

4. Connect to your Internet service provider (ISP).

5. Start a new game or open the saved multiplayer game.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Age of Empires II
Expansion: The Conquerors, version 1.0.
