SYMPTOMS
========

When you are using a DPT SmartRAID V (DPT Decade) adapter model PM1554U2 with
RAID 5, you may be unable to start your computer, or you may not be able to
complete Windows NT Setup.

CAUSE
=====

This issue can occur if you are not using the model PM1554U2 adapter with an
RA4050 accelerator and a minimum of 16 megabytes (MBs) of cache.
