SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to start a multiplayer Microsoft Plus! Game Pack: Cards and
Puzzles game on Zone.com, the game may not start.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if you have not yet run Plus! Game Pack: Cards and
Puzzles before you attempt to start a multiplayer Plus! Game Pack game on the
Zone.

RESOLUTION
==========

To prevent this issue from occurring, start Plus! Game Pack: Cards and Puzzles,
and then accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) before you attempt to
start a multiplayer game on the Zone.
