SYMPTOMS
========

When you start one of the games listed at the beginning of this article, you may
experience any of the following symptoms:

- The screen may turn white and the game may stop responding (hang).

- The screen may turn white and the game may quit unexpectedly.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if Microsoft NetMeeting is installed on your computer
and you enable Remote Desktop Sharing.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, use the following methods in the order in which they are
presented.

Turn Off Remote Desktop Sharing in NetMeeting
---------------------------------------------

To turn off Remote Desktop Sharing:

1. Click Start, point to Programs, and then click NetMeeting.

2. On the Tools menu, click Remote Desktop Sharing.

3. Click to clear the "Enable Remote Desktop Sharing on this computer" check
  box, and then click OK.

Quit Microsoft NetMeeting
-------------------------

To quit NetMeeting:

1. Right-click the NetMeeting icon on the Windows taskbar.

2. Click Stop NetMeeting or Exit to quit NetMeeting.
