SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to migrate Novell GroupWise to Microsoft Exchange using the
Exchange Migration Wizard, you may receive the following error messages:

  GW5mig
  The system cannot find the file specified

  -and-

  Please check the user id and password. If the user id and password are both
  correct log on to the GroupWise client and shut down.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, install Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 3
(SP3) on the computer running the Migration Wizard.
