SYMPTOMS
========
When you use DAV performance counters, it is possible that Internet Information
Services version 5.0 may generate an access violation error message when the DAV
performance data has recently grown in size.
RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For
