Simulator: WWII Europe Series and Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 2: WWII
Pacific Theater.

NOTE: You cannot view the cockpit of certain aircraft that are included in Combat
Flight Simulator. These aircraft are designed to be controlled by the computer
and cannot be flown by a human player.
