SUMMARY

This article describes how to move items from one mailbox folder to another when
you use Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA).

MORE INFORMATION

To move folders in OWA:

1. Log on to OWA.

2. Double-click the message you want to move.

3. Click the Open icon (it is shaped like a folder).

4. Click the folder you want to move the message to. If this folder is a
  sub-folder of another folder, click the top-level folder, and then click the
  destination sub-folder.

5. Click the Move button.

6. Close the message.

  NOTE: The message is not displayed in the new folder until you refresh the Web
  page.
