SYMPTOMS
========

User is downloading MSN to sign up as a new MSN Internet Access member. MSN
download client sometimes freezes at the select payment plan screen.

RESOLUTION
==========

User should call Customer Service at 800-386-5550 and sign up for a membership
over the phone. He or she will be given a member ID, a password, and will be
instructed how to set up a dial up network account.

The new member can then go to http://free.msn.com/upgrade.asp and download MSN as
an existing member.
