SYMPTOMS
========

When you use Exchange Server with an antivirus software package that uses the
Exchange Server antivirus application-programming interface (API), a Dr. Watson
error message may be generated by the information store.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.5 Service Pack 3. This problem was first corrected in Exchange Server
5.5 Service Pack 4.
